We have received reports that some users are unable to access cPanel, WHM, Plesk, Webmail, and WP Squared using Single Sign-On (SSO).

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and want to assure you that we are actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Alternative Access Methods

In the meantime, please use the following direct login URLs to access your services:

Plesk:

https://example-hostname.mypleskvm.com/login_up.php (Replace "example-hostname" with your actual Plesk server hostname)

WP Squared:

https://wptools.wp2panel.com:2083

Important Login Advisory

To prevent security blocks, please avoid multiple failed login attempts.

If you attempt to log in twice and are still unable to access your account, verify that you are using the correct credentials. Please contact the Account Team for further assistance.
