At WebHostingM, we understand the importance of keeping accurate records of your transactions. Here's how to download a copy of your invoice:
To download an invoice log in to your Client Area and visit https://mydashboard.webhostingm.com/clientarea.php?action=invoices
Locate the invoice you wish to download. You might be able to search or filter invoices based on date or other criteria.
Once you find the desired invoice, click the download option to save it in PDF format.
Troubleshooting Customer Logout During Download (Resellers Only):
Are you a reseller experiencing customer logout issues when they download invoices?
This issue might be related to specific server configurations (CloudLinux with WHMCS) and the pdo_mysql driver. Here's how to resolve it:
Log in to your cPanel using your hosting credentials.
Within cPanel Software section, find the "Select PHP Version" tool.
Visually verify to ensure you're running a compatible PHP version.
Update your system's PHP configuration to use the PHP-native pdo_mysql driver by deselecting pdo_mysql and selecting nd_pdo_mysql.
This should resolve the logout issue for your customers.
