You can upgrade your WebHostingM Billing account at any time after starting the Free Trial, to ensure that your resources keep running uninterrupted after the trial ends. You might also want to upgrade your account if you want to use features that are not included in the Free Trial.

When you upgrade, the following conditions apply:

If you upgrade before the trial is over: Any remaining, unexpired Free Trial credits remain in your WebHostingM Billing account. You can continue to use the resources you created during the Free Trial without interruption.

For resources you use in excess of what's covered by any remaining credit, your form of payment on file is charged (credit card or bank account).

If you upgrade within 30 days of the end of the trial: Your resources are marked for deletion, but you might be able to recover them. Learn more about data deletion on WebHostingM.

If you upgrade more than 30 days after the end of the trial, your Free Trial resources are lost.

 

How To Upgrade Your WebHostingM Billing account

You can upgrade from the free trial to a paid WebHostingM Billing account through the WebHostingM console. You must be a Billing Administrator on the WebHostingM Billing account to make this change.


Sign in to the WebHostingM console and visit https://mydashboard.webhostingm.com/upgrade.php

Look for the Service at the top of the page. Click on it.

This card displays the status of any remaining free trial credits, and provides an Upgrade button.

Select a hosting package and click Upgrade to convert your Free Trial billing account to a full, paid WebHostingM Billing account.

How To contact WebHostingM Support

Sign in and navigate to the WebHostingM Support Center at https://mydashboard.webhostingm.com/submitticket.php. If prompted, enter the email address and password for your account.

Choose Create case.

On the Create case page, choose Account and billing Support and fill in the required fields on the form.

Complete the form and submit.


Please contact WebHostingM Support when you can't sign in to WebHostingM by submitting a form to the WebHostingM Security team.
