Types of Domains

  • Subdomain: A subsection of your website that uses a prefix with the main domain (e.g., blog.example.com).
  • Addon Domain: A separate domain linked to your hosting account. Addon domains have their own directories.
  • Alias Domain: Also known as a parked domain, an alias points to your main domain.
