Pre-Requisites
- Access to cPanel with Softaculous installed.
- Basic understanding of website builders and hosting.
- If SitePad is not visible, contact your support team.
This tutorial will guide you on how to access the SitePad website builder from your Softaculous end-user panel.

1. Login to Panel
Go to your cPanel login page (e.g., https://example_domain.com:2083) and log in with your credentials.
Once logged in, locate and click on the Softaculous icon.
The Softaculous Enduser Panel will open.
2. Access SitePad
- On the left sidebar, you will find a list of categories.
- Select SitePad Website Builder.
- You will be redirected to the Feature Page of SitePad Website Builder.
Click on **Get Started** to be taken to the SitePad Editor.
Note: After your first access, you will not see the feature page again. You will need to click on SitePad Website Builder from the categories list to return to the SitePad Editor.
3. Purchasing a Plan
You will start with the Free Plan when accessing SitePad Website Builder.
To upgrade from the Free Plan, navigate to the Plans Page and select your desired plan.
Click on the Purchase Button.
After clicking the Purchase Button, you will see a PayPal confirmation button for payment.
You can choose to pay as a Guest or log in with your PayPal account.
Note: After payment, you will receive an email confirming your transaction details. You must log out and log back in for the changes to take effect.
The Disk Space mentioned in each plan refers to the media you upload on SitePad's servers, while the actual disk space for your web hosting account depends on your hosting plan.
4. Upgrade/Renew a Plan
You can choose to Upgrade or Renew your plan as needed.
To do this, go to the Plans Page.
Click on the Upgrade Button to upgrade your plan or the Renew Button to renew your current plan.
Upon clicking the Upgrade or Renew Button, a PayPal confirmation button will appear for payment.
Note: After payment, you will receive an email confirming your upgrade/renewal transaction. Log out and log back in for the changes to apply.
5. Billing History/Account Key
To view your billing history, navigate to the Billing Page to check the details of all your purchases.
If you need to migrate your current SitePad plan to another account, provide your account key found on the Billing Page.
