What is SpamExperts? SpamExperts is an email filtering solution that helps reduce spam by allowing users to report unwanted emails, enhancing the system's effectiveness over time.

Why Report Spam?

If you are still receiving spam after subscribing to SpamExperts services, submitting these emails to the central SpamExperts training system can help reduce future spam. This action provides the system with detailed information about potential issues affecting your filtering.

Important Notes

Emails that fail to pass through SpamExperts filtering or those that pass due to whitelisting are automatically excluded from the training system.

How to Report Spam via the SpamExperts Control Panel

  1. Locate the Report Spam button in the SpamExperts Control Panel.
  2. Save the spam email to your system.
  3. Drag and drop the saved email into the Report Spam area.
  4. You can also upload the email in either .eml (EML File Extension) or .msg (MSG File Extension) format.

Note that only emails processed by the reporting cluster are accepted, and currently, only the .eml and .msg formats are supported.
