Step-by-Step Guide to Setting Up Your First Project
Step 1: General Information
Begin by entering basic information about your website:
- Website URL: Enter the URL of your website.
- Project Name: Choose a distinctive name for your project. This can be edited later.
- Search Engine: Select a search engine for performance comparison. This can also be changed later, but the Website URL is fixed.
Step 2: Add Keywords
XOVI Now will analyze your website and suggest keywords to monitor. You can:
- Select up to 10 suggested keywords.
- Enter your own keywords by clicking Add keyword.
Step 3: Add Competitors
Based on your selected keywords, XOVI Now will suggest competitors for comparison. You can:
- Select suggested competitors.
- Enter your own by clicking Add new.
Note: The number of competitors you can select is limited by your plan (two for Starter, three for Professional).
Step 4: Project Created
Once your project is created, XOVI Now will initiate a Site Audit for the specified website URL. Click Go to Dashboard to view actionable suggestions for improving your site's ranking.

Full-Access Accounts
A full-access account grants you complete administrative rights within XOVI Now. You can:
- Edit and add keywords.
- Create and manage projects.
- Assign tasks and modify settings as needed.
Read-Only Accounts
A read-only account allows users to access XOVI Now and view all SEO insights without the ability to make any changes. This is ideal for stakeholders who need visibility into SEO performance without altering project settings.
