As a customer, you can buy credit that you can later use to pay invoices or to pay for your WebHostingM usage in advance. WebHostingM uses the funds to pay for your invoices automatically when they're due.
You can also automatically receive credit for any overpayments you made.
If you have outstanding invoices, they can use credit to pay them. A red box will appear on invoice in the Client Area, displaying the credit balance and allowing the client to apply it.
You can add funds to Advance Payment by using electronic fund transfer or by using any personal or business bank account. If you're adding funds using a bank account, the bank must be a US branch location.
To add funds to your account, open the WebHostingM Billing console at https://mydashboard.webhostingm.com/login.php
Click on the Billing Tab
Click Fund Your Account and you will see an interface like this:
Enter the amount to add.
Choose a payment method.
Click Add Funds.
Pay using the selected payment gateway.
You can also simply visit mydashboard.webhostingm.com/addfunds to go to the page where you can fund your hosting account.
Please note that to adding funds to your credit balances requires a manually approved of at least one order. This is to decrease the risk of chargebacks and fraud because adding funds to the credit balance can allow malicious users to purchase products without passing any fraud prevention checks.
