Open the WebHostingM Billing console at https://mydashboard.webhostingm.com/clientarea.php
Or log in and in the navigation pane, choose Billing Tab, then My Invoices.
This page will list all outstanding invoices with an "Unpaid" status.
If there are no invoices that are listed, you don't need to do anything at this time.
If there are outstanding invoices, select "Manage" on the right side of the invoice that you want to pay, and then choose "Pay Now".
Your default payment method is selected if it's eligible for you to use to pay the invoice. If you want to use a different payment method or choose an eligible payment method, choose Change.
After you complete your payment, you're redirected to the Invoice page.
Now supposing that you receive an email saying that WebHostingM failed the last attempt to charge your credit card or bank account, please visit https://mydashboard.webhostingm.com/account/paymentmethods to add a new payment method.
If you have questions about issues with charging your bank account or paying an overdue balance, create a case in the Support Center.
If you pay by electronic funds transfer and your account payment is overdue, create a case in the Support Center.
