How To Grant Mail Users Access to Review Quarantined Emails

What is SpamExperts? SpamExperts is an email filtering solution that allows users to manage their spam settings, including access to quarantined emails, ensuring a clean inbox.

Prerequisites

• Access to the SpamExperts panel.
• Administrator privileges to create user accounts.

Steps to Grant Access

1. Log in to the SpamExperts panel.
2. Navigate to Users & Permissions > Manage email users.
3. Click Add to create a new user.
4. Enter a username that matches the email address of the user.
5. Select a secure password for the new user.
6. Click Save to finalize user creation.

Managing Existing Users

1. To manage existing users, go to Users & Permissions > Manage email users.
2. Locate the user in the list.
3. Click the drop-down icon next to the user's row.
4. Select from Edit, Delete, or Login as a user to manage their account.
